We do not expect too much land reform concerning the foreign ownership of Indonesian property but as long as the conducive business atmosphere can be maintained there is plenty of room for the apartment market to grow, particularly benefiting from the potential spending of wealthy Indonesians from the other rich provinces of Indonesia.
